We use your information to administer the promotion, verify receipt submissions, award Baumit Points, manage leaderboard rankings, allocate competition entries, operate instant win mechanics, contact winners, deliver prizes, provide training information where requested, improve website performance and user experience, produce campaign reporting and analysis, and administer future recognition programmes associated with Baumit Club.

Entry into the promotion does not require consent to receive marketing communications. Where you choose to opt in, Baumit may contact you regarding product updates, training opportunities, promotional campaigns, events and exhibitions, and future Baumit Club developments.

Receipt uploads are used solely to verify eligible purchases and allocate Baumit Points. Baumit reserves the right to review receipts and reject submissions that are duplicate, fraudulent, altered, illegible or ineligible under the promotion rules. Additional proof of purchase may be requested where necessary.

7. Baumit Points and Leaderboard Data

Baumit Points and leaderboard information are collected and processed solely for the operation of the MonoPlus campaign.

Baumit Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred, are not a form of currency, and are used solely for campaign participation and ranking purposes.

Leaderboard rankings may be displayed publicly using first name, surname initial, company name or other limited participant information.

8. Project Photos and User Content

Where participants upload project photographs or submit content using the #FinishedFirst campaign mechanic, Baumit may use this content for website galleries, social media content, trade advertising, public relations activity, case studies and future MonoPlus marketing materials. By submitting content, participants confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

9. Future Baumit Club Recognition

Information collected during the promotion may be used to determine eligibility for promotional recognition levels including Titanium, Platinum, Gold and Silver. These recognition levels may be associated with the future Baumit Club programme. Any future Baumit Club programme will operate under separate Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.

We retain information only for as long as necessary. Competition data is retained up to 12 months after the campaign closes.
